Richard Lowe breaks down the future of marijuana in New York. The question is: Will New York legalize recreational marijuana before New Jersey? It looks that way after New York Governor Andrew Cuomo introduced that Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act last week and urged lawmakers to fast track the bill. A lot of the marijuana tax money the state of New York would collect would likely go to fixing NYC’s public transportation and the Governor projected the state would make $300 million in taxes over the next 3 years.
