Weed Recipes: Marijuana Muffins
Tired of eating the usual brownies and cookies, or just want a healthier alternative for your edible needs? Come check out this relatively easy recipe for tasty and healthy marijuana muffins. Chock full of fiber and delicious super-nutritious blueberries, you really can’t go wrong! They are perfect for breakfast (provided that you aren’t doing anything too important that day) or even as a snack, in as little as 20 minutes you can be enjoying your very own cannabis infused muffins and not be too concerned or feel guilty about any potential side effects on your waistline. Also, blueberries contain powerful antioxidants that help neutralize the free radicals in the body. They are also low in fat, contain plenty of fiber, as well as manganese, which helps the body convert fats and carbohydrates into energy more efficiently. Everything you need to get started should already be in your kitchen or only a quick shopping trip away.
Tools:
Muffin tray with cups
small saucepan or a frying pan
mixing bowl
measuring cup
spatula
whisk
strainer
Ingredients:
6 grams ground cannabis from your preferred strain
Cake Flour
3 eggs
½ cup of 100 percent vegetable oil
½ a cup water
blueberries
Process:
First measure out the oil and pour it into a room temperature frying pan. Add your preferred cannabis flower to the oil and heat both to a simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. While the pair cook together, the oil will gain the psychoactive properties of the cannabis being used. After the 20 minutes are over remove the mix from the pan and set it aside to cool and then strain the oil, discarding the leftover plant matter, and set aside.
Next take the the mixing bowl, pour in the cannabis oil, cake mix, and the three eggs then blend well using a mixer at a low speed setting to prevent air pockets from forming. Once well mixed begin adding the blueberries making sure that they don’t burst. As soon as the blueberries are fully incorporated into the mix begin adding it to the muffin tray so that the cups are only about ¾ full. Once the cups are full move the tray into an oven that has been preheated at 350 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes, spinning the tray around mid-way through.
After the 20 minutes are over, remove the tray from the oven and let the finished muffins cool off on a cooling rack before digging in. Once they have finished cooling off you have yourself some awesome marijuana muffins that you can enjoy whenever you’d like as well as share with friends.
