MAVERICK TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS COMPLETES REVERSE MERGER BECOMING A PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY

RENO, NV August 9th, 2018// Maverick Technology Solutions, developer and

manufacturer of the ROSINBOMB brand of industry leading personal and commercial

rosin presses, announced the successful completion of their merger with Licont Corp

(LNTP:OTC). The combined company will be renamed Maverick Technology Solutions

and will trade on the OTC Markets under the symbol LNTP. The company will file for a

symbol change. Maverick Technology Solutions develops and markets rosin extract

presses under the ROSINBOMB brand to consumers and professionals for use in

creating essential oils and extracts.

We are excited about this next stage of development for our business and technology

stated Maverick CEO Fred Angelopoulos. We believe this merger will enforce our

mission of providing more medical and recreational consumers the ability to produce

organic, solventless, safe extracts. Added Company Founder and President Ryan Mayer.

Following the reverse merger, Maverick Technology Solutions, under the ROSINBOMB

brand, will continue to produce and advance its product line including the consumer

targeted Rosinbomb Rocket press along with the commercially targeted Rosinbomb

M-50 press and related accessories.
