Marijuana Recipes: Balsamic Portabello Mushrooms!

Balsamic Portabello
20 minutes:
Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 10 minutes | Servings: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
6 oz medicated olive oil
3 oz balsamic vinegar
2 ea garlic cloves
1 ea shallot
1 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp salt
1 t ground pepper
6 ea portabello mushrooms
Directions:
Method: Place garlic and shallot in a small food processor and puree. Add your mustard and balsamic and puree for one minute. Now stream in the medicated olive oil slowly and season with salt and pepper.
Mushroom Tip: Heat up your grill on HIGH and toss your shrooms in some olive oil and salt and pepper. Place on a hot grill, gill sides up for 2-3 minutes per side, depending on size. Once they come off of the grill soak them in the balsamic marinade for 10 minutes.
Serve sliced on salads or in sandwiches.
