Marijuana Recipes: Infused Gazpacho Shots!
Check out this recipe for making your own marijuana infused gazpacho shots! Perfect for happy hour, dinner parties or a boozy Easter brunch, this is an easy yet tasty recipe that you can prepare in just under a half an hour. A staple of Spanish cuisine from the southern region of Andalusia and believed to have ancient Roman origins, gazpacho is traditionally a cold vegetable soup that’s super refreshing, easy to make, relatively cheap, and actually pretty healthy (aside from the booze being added, in this case). You can use your favorite vodka, gin and even a good tequila or mezcal for the alcohol content and have plenty of room to add to or substitute the vegetable ingredients to suit your own tastes. I’d probably add some red pepper flakes and maybe some chopped up jalapenos along with the hot sauce for a little added kick.
The end result is sort of like a Spanish style bloody Mary but in shot form. I’d consider it an excellent alternative for those of us that do enjoy a good bloody but don’t always want to swig down the whole thing, plus having the drink infused with cannabis makes it that much more of a treat!
